Explore rich, diverse coral gardens that help form these protective ocean walls, filled with hard and soft corals as well as the reef’s most iconic species such as sharks, stingrays, turtles, *whales, groupers and cods, maori wrasse and parrotfish.

Explore the ancient rainforests of the Daintree with a luxury tour from Daintree Tours. Believed to be more than 160 million years old, this heartland of tropical north Queensland is rich in flora and fauna, containing 30% of frog, marsupial and reptile species in Australia, 18% of Australia’s bird species, 65% of the country’s bat and butterfly species and approximately 12,000 species of insects.

Daintree Tours’ mission is to showcase some of the highlights of this incredible natural wonder, with visits to Cape Tribulation, Mossman Gorge and a river cruise exploring the waterways rich in flora and fauna.
