Tidbinbilla Visitors Centre

Explore diverse habitats including wetlands, grasslands, wet & dry forests and woodlands with a ranger, or on a self guided tour. A wide range of wildlife can be viewed, including koalas, emus, kangaroos, platypus, wombats and possums. The Sanctuary has wonderful birdlife and offers an interesting insight into a wetlands eco system.

Tidbinbilla is committed to providing an excellent learning environment and ensuring that environmental education, personal development and knowledge sharing occurs in a fun, effective and interesting way. Tidbinbilla Rangers can be booked to provide group tours for schools and offer opportunities to learn more about The Aboriginal connection to country, European settlers as well as our endangered wildlife species breeding programs, plus a range of other topics.

Tidbinbilla offers outstanding wildlife viewing, the Sanctuary wetlands, bushwalking, great BBQ spots and fun for kids on the Discovery Playground.
