Without adequate travel insurance, it could cost you thousands of dollars in medical and evacuation expenses alone.

• Group insurance MUST be collated by, and sent through together as a group, by the organising teacher of your trip. Organisng teacher will provide your Insurance quote cost - based on length of time and activities being undertaken.
  
• Your school will give you a 'return to school by date' and then on-forward to us for action.
  
• There must be a minimum 10 policies to obtain the group rate.
• The following MUST be completed for your policy to be created.

1. Child's full name, DOB and Address
2. All contact details to be completed IN FULL
3. Destination ( e.g If domestic - Australia)
4. Departure Date
5. Return Date
6. SIGNATURE - must be of parent or guardian

Policies will only be created when the above details have been completed and sent through to the Away We Go Tours office. Once policies have been created your group policy number will be provided to your organising teacher.
