Accommodation
Bathurst Goldfields
Consists of 4 lodges with bunk style accommodation, for 154 students. Six twin
share rooms for teachers/group leaders and two single rooms for
teachers/group leaders are also available, as well as three separate accommodation units for drivers, in total accommodating 230 people.
Some of the other facilities available for school groups include a
general purpose auditorium, dining facilities for up to 230 people, a
teacher's lounge and 2 campfire's, Bathurst Goldfields provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and picnic hampers.
Professional education facilities are all on the one site with the accommodation, which makes Bathurst Goldfields the complete excursion destination.
Programs provided range from tours with enthusiastic guides showing how miners and their families lived and mined in the 1850's to hands on panning, mud brick making, helping the blacksmith and viewing a historic steam engine in action.
Rossmore Park
Treat your students to the complete farm stay experience. 
Rossmore Park is able to accommodate up to 250 people, in two different styles of accommodation.
Farm units: - There are 8 farm units, with 6 units that have 2 bedrooms and a sunroom that can sleep up to 10-12 people each and 2 units that have 1 bedroom and a sunroom that sleep up to 6 people. In total about 60-70 people.
Dormitories: - They have 3 large dormitories, each a different layout, and these are: -
- Angus House 11 rooms that sleep 4 people each, 2 rooms that sleep 2 people and the verandah that sleeps 12.
- Hereford House 4 rooms that sleep 10 people in each and 1 room that sleeps 2.
- Bunkhouse Has 2 large areas that sleep 30 in each and 3 rooms that sleep 4.
As well, there is a Country style kitchen/ dining
room, conference room and large drome/hall.
Combined with their
Sheep and Cattle Show, and numerous other farm stay experiences, this
accommodation offers more than just a bed to sleep in.
Hill End Ranch
Hill End is unique in NSW as a goldrush town which has survived, and is a time capsule waiting to be discovered. A visit to Hill End Ranch is perhaps the closest one could come to taking a step back in time to the Gold Rush era.

8 twin share rooms available with shared facilities, all under a huge veranda which overlooks a lovely natural environment with abundant wildlife.
Self contained facilities

Station House - up to 4 berth
Both have cooking facilities, TV, heating, electric blankets, etc.
Railway sleeper carriages
Two comfortable 1930's sleepers set up in 20 berth compartments. Showers and toilets are on the train.
Bunkhouses
18 and 16 berth. Usually used for large school groups, scouts or guides excursions.
Hill End Lodge
Hill End Lodge has been designed specifically to reflect the character and heritage of the surrounding town. The result is the ideal retreat to get back to nature and unwind. The modern, air-conditioned rooms are able
to accommodate families, groups, schools and a couple for a special stay. Located just a few minutes walk from town, sleeps up to 120 people the dining room seats 100 and breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Linen is available for hire, there is coach parking, BBQ, Conference/Recreation room. Tours are available to be booked.
Blue Mountains YHA
Stay at this award-winning YHA in the Blue Mountains, conveniently located in the heart of Katoomba. This is a beautifully restored National Trust building close to breathtaking scenic lookouts, as well as other local highlights.
A range of educational based activities that complement classroom learning can be organised by the hostel including bush walking, abseiling/canyoning, Jenolan Caves, Mt Tomah Botanical Gardens, Zigzag Railway and so much more...
Property facilities include

Black Gold Country Cabins
This unique facility was originally the old Wallerawang School. It
was transformed into cabin style accommodation in 1995. They have 4
cabins fully self contained with shower and toilet facilities. Three
have 3 bedrooms, one has 4 bedrooms. Also available is three dormitory
style rooms, which can accommodate up to 90 students.
Black Gold Country Cabins are well suited to school groups, with a
large playing area, basketball court, cricket pitches, a football
field, sandpit and swings just some of the facilities making it a
perfect school excursion stop-over.
